Who is responsible

Money Architect is an independent financial education project based in Switzerland, operated by Mario Cohn. He is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this notice. Contact: moneyarchitect@outlook.com

In short

You can use Money Architect without creating an account or giving us any personal information. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

When you contact us

If you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. Your message is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database on this website. We use these details only to read and answer your message, and we keep them only as long as needed for that purpose and any follow-up. The form is delivered through our website provider's email service, and messages are received in a Microsoft Outlook inbox.

Children and teenagers

If you are under 16, please ask a parent, guardian or teacher before sending us a message, and do not include personal details that are not needed for your question.

Information stored on your device

The website stores a few small items on your device so that it works as you expect. They are not used to track you and are not shared with anyone:

• your language choice (a cookie kept for up to one year, and a copy in your browser's local storage)
• the lessons you mark as completed (local storage)
• whether you have dismissed the prompt to install the website as an app (local storage)
• a copy of website files, so pages load faster and can work offline (browser cache)
• your scroll position while you browse (temporary, deleted when you close the tab).

You can delete these at any time in your browser settings. The website will still work, but it will forget your choices.

Anonymous usage statistics

To understand which tools and quizzes are useful, we record anonymous counts: which interactive tool was viewed, used or downloaded, and in which language; for quizzes, the score and which questions were missed. These records contain no name, IP address, device identifier or anything you type, and cannot be linked to you.

Hosting and service providers

The website is hosted by Lovable, which also provides its database, file storage and email service. When you visit the website, the hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and keep the service secure. We do not use this data to identify visitors. The hosting provider also produces aggregate visitor statistics (such as page views), which we see only as totals. These providers may process data outside Switzerland, including in the European Union and the United States.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing, by writing to moneyarchitect@outlook.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or, if you live in the European Union, your local data protection authority.

Changes to this notice

We will update this notice if the way the website handles data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
